Cody Kiser
— painter
I would consider myself an outsider in the art world whose voyage in self
expression began with experimentation. My style developed as I became
more conscious of why I was creating art and how each piece takes on a
life of it's own. I'm more concerned with truly evoking an emotion than
I am creating a perfect sunrise. Each of my works strives to affect the
viewer and question their perception. I find Pop Art, Mid Twentieth Century
Abstracts & Cubism particularly influential to the development of
my craft.
